Pepper Hamilton pledges formal KPMG relationship

US firm Pepper Hamilton has pledged to build a formal relationship with KPMG’s legal network following the impending merger of its UK ally McGrigor Donald with KLegal.

The Philadelphia-based firm, which formed an exclusive alliance agreement with McGrigor Donald in 2000, has confirmed its hope to maintain its referral links following the expected formal merger between KLegal and McGrigors next month.
