Herbert Smith blow as Paris team heads to Clifford Chance

Herbies Herbert Smith is facing the loss of its entire Paris competition team, led by top French partner Claude Lazarus, to City rival Clifford Chance (CC).

Although CC’s partnership has not yet voted on the move of the two-partner and three-associate team, sources at both firms confirmed Lazarus’ imminent departure.
