Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld moved this week to launch its UK corporate law with the recruitment of a partner from Nabarro Nathanson.
Richard Hierons will join the firm as UK head of corporate in January next year after spending the last six years as a corporate partner at Nabarros.
