Jones Day Reavis & Pogue has hired three senior Italian partners for its newly-opened Milan office, securing the US firm its first local law capability.
The Italian partners joining the Chicago-based firm are Stefano Macchi di Cellere, Marco Lombardi and Ettore Scandale, who are all from Milan-based corporate and M&A firm Macchi di Cellere e Gangemi. Jones Day has also brought on board sole practitioner Roberto Truffi as counsel.
