Lovells has hired GE Capital’s former Asia general counsel William Hay as the firm steps up its expansion into Hong Kong and mainland China.
The high level move follows the hiring of Robert Lewis, Nortel’s general counsel for Asia, who is working on corporate and telecoms deals in Beijing.
