Freshfields nabs two clients from Slaughters

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has nabbed two of Slaughter and May’s chemicals clients following their takeover by two long-standing clients of Freshfields’ newly acquired German arm.

Both Laporte and Oxford Asymmetry have appointed Freshfields as their principal adviser following their takeovers by Degussa and Evotec Biosystems respectively.
