Leading corruption lawyers are expected to tell the Government it is in breach of its international money laundering obligations when they give evidence to a House of Commons select committee
next week.

Clifford Chance (CC) partner Jeremy Carver – one of the panel of three lawyers drafted in to brief the inquiry – is expected to criticise the Government for its failure to incorporate the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) convention, which it has ratified.
