Charles W. Ranson has 40 years of experience in fiduciary services and private wealth management. His career began in the securities brokerage business at Legg Mason, followed by Merrill Lynch and Oppenheimer & Co. Ranson's banking experience included senior positions at Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, US Trust & Co, and Atlantic Trust & Co. He founded Integritas Advisors, an SEC independent registered investment advisor, and was Founding Chair & Managing Director of Tiger 21 Florida.

Ranson's corporate fiduciary experience focused on trust, estates, and private banking, joining Bank of America in 1990. In 1991, Ranson joined Chase Manhattan Private Bank, Palm Beach, Florida, where he later became President and CEO of the Florida subsidiary of Chase Manhattan Bank Florida, N. A. (now JP Morgan Chase).

As President and CEO of Chase Private Bank, Florida, Ranson managed the fiduciary, investment advisory, and credit and derivatives service teams throughout the Southeast U.S. He applied his fiduciary service experience in trust, estate, and private banking at the US Trust and Atlantic Trust before founding Integritas Advisors, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm.

In 2011, Ranson began his expert witness practice nationally, assisting plaintiff and defense counsel in trust and estate litigation matters. Ranson has opined in written reports, testified in depositions, and at trial in cases alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of duty of loyalty, prudence, impartiality, failure to diversify, and failure to administer trust based on terms and purpose of trust.
