Adam Block, Charm Economics

Dr. Block is an Associate Professor at New York Medical College. He is a former federal regulator and drafted sections of the Affordable Care Act on Capitol Hill between 2008 and 2010.  As a health economist he has worked on over 20 cases in the last five years and has testified in two dozen depositions, in court and in arbitration.  Prior to 2017, he worked developing contracting models for value based purchasing for a major hospital system and has worked extensively performing financial analysis and evaluation of medical management programs for a large Medicaid managed care plan. Dr. Block has extensive experience with financial and damages modeling in health insurance, hospital, provider groups and pharmaceuticals markets.
