The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has issued a rare statement on its case against former Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer partner Ryan Beckwith, confirming it will not be appealing against the High Court decision to overturn its initial findings.
SRA board chair Anna Bradley said in a statement on Monday that the SRA will not appeal the decision.
