At law school you are taught facts, technical skills and important legal principles which are fundamental basics, but 25 years later I have come to realise that these are only a small part of what being a successful lawyer entails.

With the benefit of a few years’ experience under my belt, the biggest lesson I have learned in recent times is that confidence is absolutely critical to succeeding in business.
