With over ten years of experience as a Senior Legal Executive in the parking industry, Sarah is energized about driving legal strategy and growth at InterPark, the leading parking ownership company in the US. As the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, she oversees all legal and compliance matters for the company, including board engagement, corporate governance, stakeholder negotiation, real estate acquisitions and asset management, financings and loan documentation, regulatory compliance, labor and employment policies and procedures and related matters, and litigation and insurance claim management.
Sarah also leverages her expertise in government relations, consumer, technology, and data privacy issues, and sales and marketing initiatives to support the company's business objectives and innovation. In addition, She's a proud member of Chief, a network of women leaders who are committed to creating a more equitable world for future generations. She has been recognized as one of the National Parking Association's "40 Under 40" recipients and has published articles on Legal Ethics and Confidentiality, and parking management.
Sarah regularly sits on a variety of panels on a myriad of topics throughout the year at Legal and Business conferences. She's an active Board member of the National Parking Association, sitting on the Executive Committee, and the President-Elect of the Airport Ground Transportation Association.

Before joining CDK Global in April 2023, Val?rie was Senior Corporate Counsel at AAR CORP. where she handled transactional matters, all matters related to the company’s global corporate governance program, and data privacy and security matters for the company. Val?rie also serves as a member of the Privacy and Compliance Governance Committee.
Prior to AAR CORP. Val?rie advised various divisions throughout her 12 years career at Caterpillar Inc., both in the United States and in Belgium, covering activities in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Prior to becoming an in-house counsel, Val?rie provided transactional and regulatory support for corporate clients in the insurance and financial services industries at Sidley Austin and in the financial and brokerage industries at Foley Lardner in Chicago. Val?rie graduated from the Universit? Catholique de Louvain with a Licence en Droit and received her L.L.M. and J.D. from the University of Illinois - College of Law.
