Two former clients of Tom Girardi have filed a proposed class action targeting the California state bar, accusing the lawyer-regulating agency and its one-time leaders of having “an incestuous relationship” with the disgraced plaintiffs attorney that allowed him to cheat victims out of millions of dollars.

Ana and Arturo Agaton, whose son died of a brain tumor at age 6, said Girardi never gave them their share of a $31 million settlement Girardi Keese negotiated with TXI Industries in 2015.
