Am Law 200 firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney on Tuesday announced a merger with mid-Atlantic IP boutique RatnerPrestia, effective at the start of January.
Twenty-two attorneys and two patent agents will be joining Buchanan’s IP department in the move, spread across the firm’s offices in Philadelphia, Wilmington, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
