As we approach the primaries in the race to fill an open spot on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the clear fundraising frontrunners from both parties appear neck and neck.
The four candidates are battling to replace former Chief Justice Max Baer, who died late last year, only a few months before he was set to leave the bench after hitting the mandatory retirement age.
