The Pennsylvania law firm that has employed state Rep. Mike Zabel, D-Delaware, in an of counsel capacity for the past three years has cut ties with the lawmaker after allegations emerged Wednesday that he sexually harassed a lobbyist four years ago.

Michael Clarke of Rudolph Clarke, a Philadelphia-area full-service firm that focuses on municipal law, said Zabel is no longer with the firm as of Wednesday, when Zabel was publicly named as having inappropriately touched a lobbyist for the Service Employees International Union.
