A federal judge in Pennsylvania has rejected a plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction reinstating him to Haverford College’s track team, after being encouraged to step away amid sexual assault allegations. 

In a Feb. 14 opinion, U.S. District Judge Gerald McHugh of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denied the plaintiff’s motion after finding he failed to meet the legal standard for either a preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order.
