After working with Pond Lehocky Giordano on hiring practices as an outside consultant for the last six months, Texas-based leadership strategist Bill Biggs has joined the personal injury and workers’ compensation firm in the newly created role of chief team and culture officer.
Biggs’ addition to the C-level leadership team of Pond Lehocky comes as leaders at the firm endeavor to revamp its internal processes, hiring and training practices and use of data analytics to scale the firm’s business nationwide. Biggs comes off a six-month stint as CEO of Boston’s Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, where he ceased working June 20.
