Duane Morris plans to relocate its Pittsburgh office out of the U.S. Steel Tower to EQT Plaza in the spring, leaders confirmed Thursday.

With a seven-year lease now in ink, Duane Morris’ move will see the firm downsize its office space in Pittsburgh from the approximately 19,000 square feet it occupied in the U.S. Steel tower on Grant Street to a leaner 11,000-square-foot space on Liberty Avenue. Interior work is slated to begin early next year with a “tentative” move-in date of May 2022.
