The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to revisit 53-year-old venue rules in light of the internet age. 

Following requests from several lower court judges to reexamine whether Gaetano v. Sharon Herald was still an appropriate standard for determining where a case can be heard, the court unanimously determined that the 1967 precedent still holds up to contemporary technology.
