Judge Joseph Greenaway Jr. has announced his retirement from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, a move that will allow President Joe Biden to leave an even larger imprint on the appeals court.

Greenaway, 65, will retire on June 15, according to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. He became a district court judge for the District of New Jersey in 1995, when he was appointed by President Bill Clinton, and joined the Third Circuit in 2010, after being appointed by President Barack Obama.
