Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has added Mitchel Pahl, formerly a partner at Duane Morris, in its compensation and benefits group as senior counsel.

Peter Zlotnick has joined Farrell Fritz as a partner in its commercial litigation department. He was a partner at Kagan Lubic Lepper Finkelstein & Gold, where he was head of litigation.

Dilworth Paxson has added Keith Costa as a partner in its bankruptcy and insolvency group. He was formerly a partner and chair of the bankruptcy department at Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman.

Holland & Knight has added Richard Furey as a partner in its structured finance and aircraft finance practice, splitting his time between New York and Miami. Furey was a partner with White & Case in Miami.

Albany Law School has appointed professors Deborah Kearns and Sarah Rogerson as co-directors of its Law Clinic & Justice Center effective July 1. The center’s in-house public interest law firm provides faculty supervised legal representation.

Thompson Hine has added transactional finance lawyer Christopher Bordoni as a partner in its commercial and public finance practice. He was a partner at Goodwin Procter.

• Jay Gerzog and Eric Altman have joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton as partners. Gerzog will work with the corporate practice group and Altman the real estate, land use and environmental practice group. They join from Epstein Becker & Green.

• Proskauer Rose has added Sandra Matrick Forman as a senior counsel, effective July 1, in its business development companies team, which advises clients on transactional, financing and regulatory matters. Forman was general counsel and chief compliance officer at venture capital firm Harris & Harris Group.
