• The Judicial Council of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association has reelected Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Doris Ling-Cohan (See Profile) as president. Also Judge Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (See Profile) was reelected as treasurer and Eastern District Magistrate Judge Marilyn Go (See Profile) was elected secretary.

• The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution has named new additions to its board of directors, including Evan Chesler, presiding partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore, and former chief judge Judith Kaye, of counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

• Glenn Fox has joined Baker & McKenzie as a tax partner. He was a partner at Alston & Bird.

• Robert Bostrom has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in the corporate and securities and financial institutions practices. He was partner and co-head of the SNR Denton’s global financial institutions and fund sector.

• Herrick, Feinstein has added Richard Kalikow as a partner in its real estate practice. He was a partner at Diamond McCarthy.

• Tarter Krinsky & Drogin has added Alan Gaynor as a partner in its corporate practice group. Gaynor, who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and general corporate, governance and transactional matters, was a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker.

• Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein has added Paul Millus as of counsel to the litigation and dispute resolution and employment law practice groups. He joins from Snitow Kanfer Holtzer & Millus, where he was a partner.

• Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has elected three New York attorneys to partnership: Salvatore Gogliormella, real estate; Michael Hong, corporate; and William Michael, litigation.

• Bryan Cave has elected Hassan Albakri to partnership. He practices with the intellectual property and international trade client service groups.

• Karin Scholz Jenson has been appointed national cochair of Baker & Hostetler’s e-discovery advocacy and management team. She focuses on the defense of complex and class action litigation and arbitration, and leads the Madoff discovery management team, a subgroup of the e-discovery advocacy and management team.
