The American Bar Association on Tuesday named Tina Luongo as chair of the group’s Criminal Justice Section.
Luongo is currently chief attorney of the Criminal Defense Practice of The Legal Aid Society of New York City. They are the first gender fluid person to helm the ABA’s Criminal Justice Section.
