EDITOR’S NOTE: This chart was originally published in the Oct. 31 issue of the Law Journal. It has been updated to include judicial candidates rated by the City Bar but not included in the association’s news release on its ratings for general election because they had already received ratings in advance of the June primaries.

The New York City Bar Association on Thursday announced its ratings for 53 candidates running in the Supreme Court, Civil Court and Surrogate’s Court general elections, approving nearly all of them but handing down “not approved” ratings to six candidates, including three packed into a crowded Bronx County Civil Court race.
