Meet Douglas Kelly, the vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for the American Automobile Association, Inc. The non-profit based in the Orlando, Florida, suburbs provides more than 61 million members with automotive, travel, insurance and financial services through a federation of more than 30 motor clubs and 1,000 branch offices across North America. Prior to joining AAA last year, Kelly served as senior vice president and associate general counsel at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corp. He managed litigation in various positions there and at Marriott International, Inc. Prior to moving in-house with Marriott, Kelly was a litigator in the Orlando office of Holland & Knight.
