Welcome to the latest edition of the Lit Daily’s In-House Litigation Leaders series focusing on lawyers making the hiring decisions, shaping the strategies and managing the caseloads at some of the nation’s largest and most innovative companies.

Meet Sarah Stroebel, Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at U.S. Bank, the fifth largest bank in the nation. Based in the company’s Minneapolis headquarters, Stroebel leads a team of more than 50 lawyers and legal professionals who handle everything from litigation to employment law to immigration to political law to legal process. Stroebel, who first moved in-house in 2007, practiced earlier in her career as a litigator at Lindquist & Vennum, a firm which has since merged with Ballard Spahr.
