Brie Buchanan joined Georgia-based legal tech startup Calloquy as its first-ever chief legal officer (CLO) and vice president in January. Calloquy, a public benefit corporation which offers remote litigation and court reporting software, launched in the fall of 2021, born out of pandemic-era need.

Buchanan comes from a role at Relay Payments as their general counsel, and before that, worked as an IP and commercial attorney at firms like McGuireWoods, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings and Alston & Bird.
