Faulting what it said was the prosecution’s belated disclosure and nondisclosure of impeachment material to the defense, a Manhattan appeals court has reversed the conviction of a former high school principal for bribing a witness who testified at her trial for allegedly having sex with students.

However, the Appellate Division, First Department, in People v. Sinha, 4146-4146A, upheld the conviction of Lina Sinha on other charges against her, including sodomy in the second and third degree.
