I write this letter to express what many Superior Court judges around the State of Georgia are feeling today, which is profound sadness regarding the resignation of Judge David Barrett from a seat on the Enotah Circuit Superior Court.
His hard work and enthusiasm for this job will be missed by the citizens of Lumpkin, White, Union and Towns Counties. His colleagues will miss his friendship and his insight.
