In addition to assembling a group of private-sector litigators to aid in the prosecution of former President Donald Trump and allies for their conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis also has assigned a number of prosecutors from her office for the job. Daysha Young

Executive DA Daysha Young is the executive director of the Fulton DA’s Office’s Special Victims Unit. According to her profile on the DA’s website, she is experienced in trying cases involving “homicides, sexual assault, child sexual and physical abuse, domestic violence and vulnerable citizens of the community.”
