A judge has dismissed a whistleblower’s latest motion in her court battle with the University System of Georgia (USG) that has lasted for more than a decade.

Denise Caldon Sorkness was hoping to get unsealed documents stating she was forced to falsify her boss’ attendance records before being fired for refusing to do so. She spent 15 years as the administrative assistant to the president at Macon State College, which is now Middle Georgia State University, including 11 working under David Bell.
