Holland & Knight is looking to grow its technology capabilities with the addition of a chief knowledge and innovation officer, tapping legal tech veteran Glenn LaForce.

LaForce spent over four years at Shearman & Sterling working in similar roles, most recently as chief knowledge officer, and he has been involved in the space for about 20 years. Now that many law firms are looking to experiment with artificial intelligence and invest more on digital infrastructure, his field is growing within the legal industry.
