Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal entered four consolidated orders to show cause against a Miami foreclosure attorney as to why it should not impose sanctions on him for violating the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure and Rules Regulating the Florida Bar.

Bruce Jacobs of Jacobs Legal must pay up to $5,000 in attorney fees in each of the seven consolidated proceedings—three of which the Third DCA consolidated in one of the four show cause orders—with a total maximum amount of $35,000.
