On the last day of April, Greenspoon Marder real estate partner Manuel “Manny” Crespo met with fellow Miamians to help them solve their problems. Rather than charging developers for his services, Crespo was at the Greater St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church in Coconut Grove helping people with their personal matters free of charge.

The event was the second in Greenspoon Marder’s Project New Leaf community workshop series. That Saturday, Crespo and his colleagues provided free services such as guidance on expunging and sealing criminal records, advocacy for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, and information on small business creation, housing assistance, food assistance, and other county services.
