Recruiting a new partner may be one of the most nuanced parts of an attorney’s job. Finding an individual who matches your firm requires a deep understanding of not only the prospect’s personality, legal practice, and overall approach to business, but also your own.

Standing out and successfully hiring partners in a remote work environment is critical to the growth of law firms, especially because virtual isn’t going away any time soon. A recent CBRE survey of more than 180 law firms found that 72% believe all of their attorneys and staff will work remotely to some degree beyond the pandemic, and 75% would consider a mobility strategy rather than having dedicated offices for attorneys who work from home at least two days per week.
