Already suspended, former Miami attorney Mark Gallegos is facing a second complaint from the Florida Bar over his work on three immigration cases.

The bar’s complaint, filed Monday, alleges Gallegos caused delays, made incorrect filings and failed to tell clients he was suspended from practice. He’s accused of violating five Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, which govern diligence, competence, communications, legal fees, misrepresentation and scenarios in which lawyers should decline work.
