Connecticut attorneys at The Reardon Law Firm have a message for product liability lawyers and the makers of the Type 2 diabetes drug Actos, which has been linked to bladder cancer: The multidistrict case might have ended, but the litigation is not over.

“Manufacturers that market dangerous drugs will continue to be held accountable by attorneys and our court of law,” said The Reardon Law Firm associate Laura Raymond, who along with partner Kelly Reardon sued defendants Takeda Pharmaceuticals America Inc., its affiliate Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A. Inc., and Eli Lilly and Co. on behalf of West Hartford resident Gregory Sparzo.
