Persistence was the key for plaintiffs attorney Ryan Veilleux, whose case against a motorist was on hold for almost one year because a witness who saw his client fall off his motorcycle and get injured didn’t want to cooperate in the investigation.

According to Veilleux and a Jan. 6, 2020, lawsuit, 56-year-old motorcyclist William Heeber was injured because of the actions of Heather Croken, who was driving a Toyota Camry in front of Heeber near Rockville Road in East Windsor on Sept. 8, 2018.
