Attorneys for a Bridgeport man who needed three shoulder surgeries following a 2011 car crash have reached a $350,000 settlement with Safeco Insurance.
In addition to the three surgeries, Derrick Moore Jr., 38, suffered a disc herniation and head contusion following the accident in which his 1999 Lexus GS 300 sedan collided with a 1995 Toyota Camry driven by 66-year-old Stuart Sobel.
