The chief executive of defense and aerospace supplier Mercury Systems, former Blackboard CEO Bill Ballhaus, has hired his former legal chief at the education tech company as Mercury’s new executive vice president and chief legal officer.
The hiring comes a week after Ballhaus announced that Mercury was revamping its organizational structure and eliminating 100 positions, including two executives.
