The first-ever general counsel of Noom, the fast-growing weight-loss company with ubiquitous TV advertising, has left the company after nearly three years.

“Because we all need to step back and take a breath from time to time, I’ll be taking a few months to recharge while continuing to formally act as an advisor to Noom’s board and management,” Michal Rosenn said on LinkedIn on Tuesday.
