Twitter is gearing up for a large legal battle ahead with Elon Musk.

Twitter board chair Bret Taylor, in a tweet Friday, said the company will take legal action to enforce Elon Musk’s $44 billion purchase of the company. The social media giant is already getting advice from two big firms, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
