At the end, I caution that you are not building a statute, but a living and changing environment that requires investment and care to retain its value.

Now that you’ve captured your bear, you need to feed it and teach it to dance. Because, why corral your contracts into a repository if you aren’t going to ensure it remains relevant and useful? To make that repository valuable and keep it that way, you need to follow four specific steps in concurrent order to get their cumulative benefits.
