TradeZero Holding Corp., an online stock-trading platform that is preparing to go public, on Wednesday announced that it was bringing aboard veteran securities industry attorney Andrew Koslow as general counsel.

The New York-based company, which caters to frequent traders, last month announced a SPAC merger with Dune Acquisition Corp. that values TradeZero at $556 million. Dune, a year ago, raised $150 million in an IPO. When the merger wraps up early next year, TradeZero will trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
