McDonald’s announced Thursday that its acting U.S. general counsel has been given the full-time job of overseeing the U.S. legal department of the restaurant franchise.
Angela Steele’s promotion to McDonald’s U.S. general counsel took effect Sept. 1. She is based in the company’s Chicago headquarters and will report directly to general counsel Desiree Ralls-Morrison, who took on that role in April, coming from Boston Scientific.
