George C. Seward, a founding partner of Seward & Kissel and the honorary life president of the International Bar Association, died on Feb. 15 at his Scarsdale home. He was 101.

Born in Omaha, Neb., Mr. Seward earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1933 and his LL.B from the same school in 1936. While still attending law school, Mr. Seward was admitted to the Virginia bar.
