With intellectual property moves still humming, Sullivan & Cromwell has bulked up its IP and litigation team with two former government leaders whom the firm calls “two of the most respected litigation and IP lawyers in the country.”

The white-shoe law firm this week announced Andrei Iancu, a former director of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and Kathleen O’Malley, who previously served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, have joined as a partner in Los Angeles and counsel in Washington, D.C., respectively.
