Nixon Peabody announced the arrival of a 10-lawyer real estate litigation team from the San Francisco office of Kaufman Dolowich Voluck on Tuesday amid what the former firm described as an uptick in the number and complexity of real estate disputes.

Partners Ashley Klein, who formerly led Kaufman Dolowich’s San Francisco office, and A. Jeanne Grove led the group to Nixon Peabody after arriving at the national midsize firm from San Francisco boutique Goldstein, Gellman, Melbostad, Harris & McSparrain in 2019. The group also includes partner Jaimie Bombard, four counsels and three department attorneys.
