McDermott Will & Emery has brought on three Squire Patton Boggs data privacy lawyers, including partner Elliot Golding and counsel Robin Campbell in Washington, D.C., and partner Rosa Barcelo in Brussels. 

McDermott’s hiring is another sign that demand for privacy and cybersecurity expertise hasn’t let up in 2022, especially for counseling corporate clients on data privacy laws that are ramping up in California, Colorado, Utah and Virginia, as well as guiding clients on the General Data Protection Regulation in Europe.
